At this time, we have so much for which to be thankful.  First, we are thankful for all of you that support CQI with your prayers and giving.  God has chosen you to help touch the helpless and hopeless of our world.  Because you care, lives are being touched throughout Southern Africa, South America, Haiti and the poorest regions of Appalachia.  I am so thankful that God has given us the opportunity to serve Him by helping others.  There is nothing like seeing the face of a hungry child who has just been given good food to eat.  Or the look of a new believer in Christ who has heard the Gospel for the first time.  Equally satisfying are the words of appreciation from poor families in West Virginia’s coal mining region that have been touched by God’s love through our partners. 

It will soon be a new year. This is a hungry time of year for our brothers and sisters in Southern Africa.  Our Father’s House orphans are in danger of losing their home if we do not gather the needed funds.  This would be a tragedy!  For four years, the Father’s House has been a refuge for starving and fatherless children in Zimbabwe.  They have been clothed, fed, educated, protected and raised in the “nurture and admonition of the Lord.”  How sad it would be to have them turned out on the street because of money.  Please help us with a generous gift – help continue our home for these precious children!

 

As I write to you now, I’m not exaggerating - we REALLY need your help!  Right now our funds are low - rent is due in Zimbabwe, support is due for Haiti and West Virginia. I have put my faith in God to provide so that we can continue this good work.  We at CQI have never taken one penny for ourselves – ALL the money goes to the orphans and missionaries.  We are independently audited yearly as a government-recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  Please take time right now and give your very best gift to help us help others.  Pray now and ask God to show you what to give.  I pray God will reward you beyond all you can ask or think!
